IRDAI Public Caution:
IRDAI has cautioned the public against spurious phone calls
and fictitious or fraudulent offers. IRDAI does not undertake
activities such as selling insurance policies, announcing
bonuses or investing insurance premiums. Members of the public
receiving such fraudulent calls are advised to report the matter
to the appropriate authorities.

Do Not Share Authentication Credentials: Never share your One Time Passwords (OTPs), UPI PINs, Internet Banking passwords, or Debit/Credit Card CVV/PINs with anyone.
No Credential Requests: RakshaPoint representatives will not request confidential authentication credentials such as OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords or card PINs.
Authorized Payment Channels Only: Do not make premium payments to personal bank accounts, UPI IDs of individuals, or unverified entities. Use only payment methods and official payment channels provided or authorized by the concerned insurer.
Verify ISP Identity: Always verify the official photo identity card and authorized registration number of an Insurance Sales Person (ISP) before sharing policy documents or personal data.
Beware of Fake Bonus or Loan Offers: IRDAI or genuine insurers never offer cash bonuses, lottery prizes, or interest-free loans against insurance policies.
Beware of Impersonation: Be vigilant against callers falsely claiming to be officers from IRDAI, Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS), or government departments offering policy surrender benefits.
Official Communication: Always confirm policy status, premium receipts, and renewal notices directly from the official portal or authorized email/SMS of the concerned insurance company.
Report Suspicious Activity: If you receive any suspicious or deceptive communication claiming to represent RakshaPoint IMF, report it immediately to info@rakshapoint.com or the national cybercrime portal.
